Description:
It´s a blocking technique, known also as a cross block.
Cross your hands to form an "X" in order to block a high attack (club attack) or a low attack (foot or knee to groin).
Against a high attack, sends out one arm to the front (usually the left arm) with a clenched fist, slightly towards the opposite side of the body. Immediately after, sends out the other arm straight over the top of the other arm, again with a clenched fist.
