Mawashi Geri

It´s a roundhouse kick which is executed inward, at an angle anywhere from parallel to the floor to 45 degrees upward. When kicking with the lead leg, it must come straight up from the ground, to move into a position with the knee bent back, pointing at the desired target area of the opponent (head, knees, floating rib).
Rotate the upper leg inward to a specific angle where the kick is aimed at, and finally, flick out the lower leg to strike the opponent, and immediately flick back. It is possible to strike with the instep or with the ball of the foot.
